Our School

Parkmore Primary School has approximately 150 students. Grades are organised in levels which relate to the Victorian Education Learning Standards. Level1 (Prep), Level 2 (grades 1 and 2), Level 3 (grades 3 and 4) and Level 4 (grades 5 and 6).

Grades contain a vast range of abilites and staff are trained to identify individuals levels of ability and provide an appropriate program to meet their needs. This is obtained through constant assessment and monitoring.

Parents are provided with two formal written reports, one at the end of term 2 and one at the end of term 4.  Parent/teacher interviews are conducted at the beginning to the year and following the mid year reports. Informal discussions are welcomed when required throughout the year.
