Prep Enrolments - 2027
Dear Prospective Parents,
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Parkmore Primary School. Our school is using an online system for new Foundation (Prep) enrolments to Victorian government schools, called VicStudents.
Although the enrolment cut-off for 2027 has passed, you can still enrol by contacting the school office directly.

To Get Started:
- Visit: https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ to create an account and complete the online application form by Friday 31 July 2026. If you would prefer to submit a paper application form, please contact us.
- We will then review the information submitted and be in contact with you by Friday 14 August 2026.
- You should accept one enrolment offer by Friday 28 August 2026. When accepting an offer, you will be required to provide additional personal and health information that will be shared with the school.
VicStudents
VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.
When you click the VicStudents link, you will be directed to sign in using a Service Victoria account. Once you have signed in, your VicStudents account will be created automatically. If you don’t have a Service Victoria account, you’ll be guided to create one.

Our School Zone
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places*.
*Parkmore Primary can currently accept students outside of the zone.*
2026 Foundation (Prep) enrolments timeline
1. Contact our school Parkmore Primary School, Forest Hill to book a school tour or to learn more about our school and the enrolment application process.
2. Download the Foundation (Prep) enrolment information pack from Enrolling in Foundation (Prep). This pack includes an application form.
3. Submit an enrolment application for Foundation (Prep) by Friday 31 July 2026.
4. You will be notified of the outcome of your application between Monday 3 August and Friday 14 August 2026. If you receive an enrolment offer, you should contact our school to accept the offer by Friday 28 August 2026.
5. Take part in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4, 2026.
6. Prepare your child to start Foundation (Prep) from Friday 29 January 2027.
Enrolment applications submitted after 31 July 2026 will be processed by our school as they are received, in accordance with the department’s Placement Policy.
